Our Privacy Policy is very simple. We don't share your information with anyone else.
Our relationship with each client and the business we conduct together is between us.
We don't share email addresses or any other information about our clients. Period.
We don't even divulge our clients to prospects. You can't truly trust that anyway. I could tell you we've worked with Home Depot, Coca-Cola, FedEx, Lowe's, Menard's Yamaha Marine, i-Heart Radio, and many others. That would be a true statement, but half of those companies are ones we did 1-2 jobs for. Is that being honest? We don't think so.
The ONLY time we divulge any information is during the normal course of business when that information is required to ship products or communicate effectively with vendors. That's it.

Our Managed Print Services provide complete management and purchasing of print and graphics, including offset, digital, screen print, embroidery, promotional products, large format graphics and more. As the name implies, we handle every aspect and detail.
Think of it this way, you likely hire an expert or an outside service for accounting/payroll because they have the experience and knowledge that you don't. The same applies to Managed Print Services, we have the knowledge, experience and expertise that you don't.
After 30+ years in the industry it became obvious that clients have always been at a disadvantage and have often been taken advantage of by unscrupulous vendors.
We decided to build a better business model, a better mouse trap if you will, and our clients are no longer at a disadvantage because we tell them the truth and show them the true costs.
We share the true costs with our clients. Those that aren't clients continue to overpay. It's that simple.
To see the facts all anyone has to do is request a quote and see how much they've been overpaying.
There are numerous reasons to entrust us with your print and graphics management.
The truth is that most clients simply don't require much of our time. Think about how many orders you place in a year. Most clients simply don't order that often, and when combined with our efficiency, the time requirement per client is very low. Clients with higher demands on our time do pay us more, but they are still saving more than our management costs.
There are numerous reasons, but one of the main reasons is our Purchasing Power. We control a larger budget than any individual client, by a large margin. That provides clout, which translates into better pricing and service from our vendors. Who do you think is going to be the preferred client, the company who has a $10,000 annual budget, or the one that controls a $500,000 budget?
Another reason we can provide low costs is our industry/trade supplier relationships. In every print category we have suppliers who provide trade only pricing to companies like us who are resellers. For example, the savings below are quite typical:
We can easily prove these savings, and sometimes they are far greater than shown, it depends upon how you are purchasing and who your vendor(s) are.
Any offset print, digital print, embroidery, screen printing, large format graphics and promotional products are included at industry trade or wholesale pricing.
As far as paying cost? Simply look at the pricing and it will be evident that you are getting the lowest, wholesale prices. When those tee shirts you've been paying $8-10 for are now $4-5, it should be obvious. Or those pens you buy at $1.20 are now $0.60, it should be obvious.
Our introductory offer is $600 for the entire year. The regular rate is $1,200 annually. Some clients who have much higher volume do pay more. However, EVERY client enjoys a NET SAVINGS. That means that after our management fees, we have STILL saved them more money than they pay us for our services.
This holds true for clients at every level. We simply save them significantly in purchases than the cost of our services, We prove it time after time with prospects, who become clients.
Fees can be charged and paid either way, although paying annually gets clients a discount, like we need to offer even more discounts?
Seriously, a client at just $100 per month can pay monthly, for an annual total of $1,200. Or, if they prefer, a one time payment of $1,000 for the year earns them an additional $200 in savings.
The Managed Print Services agreement is for one year. Clients who have "seasonal" purchasing enjoy great savings, just like anyone else that may purchase throughout the year.
We do not offer "seasonal" agreements, so yes, it is an annual agreement.
Most clients pay them annually. We do offer auto billing for monthly agreements. The choice is up to each client.
The truth is that it is an insignificant amount compared to the savings, and most clients save more than our fees on one single order, that they are glad to simply pay in full for the year.
No, we do not offer extended payment terms because that drives up costs, which is against our stated mission to lower client costs. Borrowing money has a cost. If we were to offer extended payment terms then we would have to add that cost to the price of the products. Therefore, in order to keep costs low for our clients, we do not offer extended payment terms.
